2005 budget:
Edward spoke about raising the prices at the Market. Tim Wagner is working on studying products sold in each department. Some
prices are already being raised.
Audra asked if they have looked at the percentages that other Co-ops spend on wages; Edward agreed to look into this.
Edward also invited us to come to a Finance Committee meeting.
Audra made a motion to accept the 2005 Budget; Colleen seconded, no one opposed.
V. Financial Report
There was a problem with the Debit sales over the last week; there will be an updated Financial Report coming soon.
Audra made a motion to accept the interim F.R.; Diane seconded, no one opposed.
VI. Red light Issues
Board member are to go over this information in detail on their own, and will revisit this topic at the next Board meeting.
VII. Cooler/Produce Fundraising
Employees will announce at the Annual Benefit the fundraising.
