Soap making class
Sunday, March 13, 2-3:30 PM
A soap making class for beginners will be held Sun-
day, March 13, 2:00 - 3:30 PM at 50 W. Weber Rd,
Columbus, Oh 43202. It will be taught by me, Colleen
Trickett, experienced handmade toiletry maker of 5
years and owner of Green Girl Basics.
The class will cover all the basics of soap making
including Safety precautions with lye, using natural
colorants, herbs, essential oils, and exfoliants. I will
demonstrate the process and give the new soap
maker the confidence and knowledge to create your
own soap at home.
The cost of the class is $20.00 due the day of the
class. You will receive a very informative work book
with helpful instruction, recipes, and all the information
necessary to begin crafting your own unique soaps.
Low cost soap making supplies (coconut oil, lye,
etc...) And/or complete kits will be made available for
purchase after the class. You'll also get a free bar of
natural soap to take home. Please call to reserve a

West Weber is directly off High St in Clintonville. You'll
see a McDonald's on the west side of High St.. Head
west on Weber and I am 5 houses down on the right.
If you're using I-71, you will use the Weber Rd Exit,
head West on Weber, when you get to High St, make
a right onto High and then your first left (just before the
McDonald's) onto W. Weber.
