The Clintonville Community Market is a member-owned
natural foods grocery store. Our business space is shared
with Simply Living, a non-profit organization which pro-
motes environmental and social responsibility through
education.
The purpose and mission of the co-op, as stated in the
Clintonville Community Market bylaws: The cooperative
is organized on a cooperative basis to promote a sustain-
able economy and educate consumers on how to align
buying and investing habits with values of peace, coop-
eration and environmental protection. Its mission is to
provide a cooperatively-owned and democratically-man-
aged business to enhance the cooperative distribution of
quality products and services.
